Are other thicknesses and sizes available from Windsor-Stevens?
Yes, we have the ability to manufacture other thicknesses than those available from our website. However some of these thicknesses may require a higher minimum.
Are Windsor-Stevens fiberboards RoHS compliant?
Yes. We do not use lead, mercury, cadmium, chromium VI, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) or Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) in the manufacturing of any of our products. Attached, please find a RoHS compliance letter from our Director of Sales.

Can you provide die cutting services?
Windsor-Stevens does not provide die cutting services, but we can recommend several other companies who may be able to assist you.
Is shipping included in your pricing?
Windsor-Stevens does not pay for shipping charges. UPS charges can be prepaid and added to your invoice or you may provide your UPS account number for us to ship collect. Under most circumstances, we do not pay for common carrier freight charges.
Is there a minimum?
Most of our products require a 50-250 pound minimum. Special orders or cuts may require a higher minimum. In some circumstances we can accommodate smaller orders for a nominal fee.
